Associate Staff Payment

What are the icons in the table header for?

You should receive a contract letter from Human Resources, notifying you of your grade and hourly rate. You should return the form giving your bank information and other details, if you have not already provided this information. If you do not receive this letter, please let your school contact know.

Your payments will be split over the months included between the Payment Start Date and Payment End Date (or the remainder of this period for late notifications to payroll). Hourly rates are now linked to your grade so will not appear here. If a Pay Band is linked to your grade the Total Amount will be calculated by multiplying the 'Total Paid Hours' by your hourly 'Rate'.
