What are the icons in the table header for?

This table allows you to raise a new building maintenance job.

Please enter as much information as you can, however 'Job Title' is the only required field.

The 'Client' drop-down menu displays all staff located in the building you selected. If you tick the 'Client is me' tickbox, this will override a name in the 'Client' field. The 'Room' drop-down menu displays all staff located in the building you selected.

Residential porters may record the 'Priority' for a job. If they record it as 'Non-urgent', but then also tick the 'Immediately' tickbox, then this latter will override.

Residential porters should tick 'Verbal Order Confirmation' if they have already verbally asked someone to do the job.

If you need to specify details of the location, or if you need access to an area (for example, a student's room), you should record this in 'Location - Access Details'.

Click 'Save' in the table header to complete your request. The request will then appear at the top of the 'Maintenance List'.
