What are the icons in the table header for?

If any information is incorrect, please contact your departmental co-ordinator.

This table lists your teaching groups and provides links for you to view information on your students and attendances.

These pages are not editable by convenors. If you are also a course tutor and want to enter marks or attendances for teaching groups within the course, you should access the pages from the 'Course Teaching' tab.

Attendance

In the 'Attendance' column, click the 'All Sessions' link for a list of all sessions for the teaching group. To view an attendance register for the group, click the 'Register' link.

Teaching Group Marks

In the 'Teaching Group Marks' column, click the 'All Assignments' link for a list of all contributory assessments and non-contributory assignments for the teaching group. To view a marks register for the group, which shows all marks recorded for all the students in the group, click the 'Marks Register' link.

Reports

In the 'Reports' column, click the 'All Terms' link to review a list of all terms for which reports are required.

Please note that when no marks, attendances, or reports are required for the teaching group, the column is left blank.

Tip

To see a list of students in a teaching group, choose the 'n students' link in the 'Group' column.
