Cpt Actual Salary What are the icons in the table header for? View the 'How do I...?' document. Use this table to edit information about a staff member's salary. Full Time Equivalent This applies only to staff costed on an actual salary basis. You must indicate whether a post is a full time or part time appointment by entering the percentage of full-time. The system defaults to 100%. When more than one sponsor is funding a post, you should make the appropriate number of entries into the table. For example if two sponsors are funding a post equally, you should make two entries at 50% each. The percentage allocation is important because (i) it will determine the staff FTE that will be used in the calculation of the £FTE Estates Cost and the ŁFTE Indirect Cost, and (ii) it will allow the PCPT to calculate the appropriate salary cost correctly.
