Detail1 Convenor Conflation

When you press the "Conflate Marks" button, the overall course work mark governed by this conflation rule will be calcuated for all students for whom all assessments have been recorded.

You can conflate the marks as often as you like.

You can conflate the marks even though not all marks have yet been recorded. The system will simply skip over any students who have marks that aren't yet recorded.

Marks must be conflated even if there is only one assessment for the course. As well as adding up weighted marks the conflation process applies penalties.

The results of the conflation will be displayed in the "Net Conflated Mark" Column.

After conflation the "Circumstance" column shows a summary of circumstance codes for marks that contributed to the Net Conflated Mark.
