Former Incident Reports What are the icons in the table header for? If any Health & Safety information is incorrect, please contact Sue Carter, the Health & Safety Administrator, at Sue.Carter@sussex.ac.uk. If any Security information is incorrect, please contact Shirley Sains, the Security Administrator, at S.A.Sains@sussex.ac.uk. In the case of Security, this table lists all incident reports, both Health & Safety and Security, that have been made by any Security Officer, and which have been closed or cancelled by the Administrator. In the case of Health & Safety, this table lists incidents that you have reported, but which have been allocated to someone else, or incidents which have been closed or cancelled by the Administrator. Reports with a status of CANCELLED are shown greyed out.
