How to edit a table

Click on 'Edit' in the table header.
(Note: If there is no 'Edit' icon, this means that you are not permitted to edit the information yourself. Click on 'Help' in the table header. The pop-up help file contains details of who to contact if the information is incorrect.)

This takes you to 'Edit' mode. Note that the table header has changed colour.

Use the drop-down lists and text boxes to edit your information.

Drop-down list. Click on the arrow to the right and select an item from the list.

Text box. Enter or amend text.

Greyed-out text. This shows that you are not permitted to edit this piece of information yourself. Click on 'Help' in the table header. The pop-up help file contains details of who to contact.
