Housing Questionnaire What are the icons in the table header for? Use the annual Residents' Exit Questionnaire to let us know your experience of University managed housing. We hope that you have enjoyed your stay and have made new friends. The purpose of the Exit Survey is to get students' views of their time in the residences and the facilities and services provided. This information will be used to help us maintain and improve the level of service and facilities offered. It is only by getting feedback from our customers that we can make improvements to the services we provide. It is very important that we obtain as many responses as possible and we would therefore appreciate it if you could kindly take some time to complete this questionnaire. Once you have submitted your answers, you will not be able to go back and edit them. Prize Draw Entry We are offering participants the opportunity to enter the Exit Survey prize draw and the chance to win a number of cash prizes, including £100 for the lucky winner. In addition there are £50 cash prizes for the first three runners up, two further runner-up prizes of £25 each and ten £10 runner-up prizes. With this number of prizes, your chances of winning something are extremely high! To enter the prize draw entries must be received by Thursday 12 June. The Prize Draw will be held on Tuesday 17 June and winners will be advised by phone or email.
