Incident Status History What are the icons in the table header for? This table displays a row for each change in a particular incident report's history. Each time a change is made to the report, either by the creator of the report or by the Administrator, another row is added to the top of the table. Once the report creator has responded to any outstanding Admin Comments from the Administrator for the report, there will be a tick in the Responded column. If the Administrator has submitted an Admin Comment to which the report creator has not yet responded, a cross will be displayed in this column.
