This table allows you to view the General Ledger Codes you have access to enter against. The GL codes listed are the ones you have been given permission to use for completing the requisition. Ledger Code The General Ledger code you have permission to use. N.B. This does not necessarily mean you have permission to authorise orders for these codes. Budget The Budget Code description. 99% of GL codes are linked up to a Budget Code. This is where the yearly budget amount is held against. To view your codes in a different order, click on a column header.

Ledger Code
The General Ledger code you have permission to use.
N.B. This does not necessarily mean you have permission to authorise orders for these codes.

Budget
The Budget Code description. 99% of GL codes are linked up to a Budget Code. This is where the yearly budget amount is held against.
