Manage Incident Report

What are the icons in the table header for?

Use this table to manage a report, namely - allocate, change details, change the status of the report, and to enter an Admin Comment that the person to whom the report has been allocated will need to respond to.

You may allocate the report to someone else even if the report creator (in the case of a Health & Safety report) has allocated it to themselves. The member of staff to whom you allocate a report will receive an email to notify them. You must allocate a report before adding an admin comment if you want a response.

If this is a Health & Safety report, you should complete the HSE Location Type and HSE Person Type, as defined by the HSEO. You must stipulate whether the incident is HSE reportable. You may edit the Ceased Work tickbox.

When you are satisfied that this incident has been completed, change the status of the report to CLOSED.
