Mec Doc What are the icons in the table header for? This form replaces the paper form that students have been using to submit their mitigating evidence for late or impaired work. Select the appropriate submission status for the assessments for which you want to submit a MEC (Mitigating Evidence Committee) form. Details of these assessments will appear on a PDF which you should then print out and complete. The University does not save this information.
