Page Banners

What are the icons in the table header for?

This formlet allows you to specify a "banner" message to be displayed at the top of a specific Sussex Direct page.

Click on Add to set up a new banner.

The required fields are:

Page	The Sussex Direct name for the page. If you navigate to the desired page, and look at the url, it will be there as page=XXX.
Start Date	The date from which the banner should be displayed
Text	The banner text

The optional fields are:

Formlet	If the page can show different formlets (selectable by radio buttons) and you want to only show the banner for a specific formlet, enter the formlet name here. The formlet name is included in the url for the page as formlet=XXX.
End Date	Date from which the banner should cease to be displayed
Satisfies	A property of the Sussex Direct user object that must be satisfied in order to display the banner. E.g. is_tutor or is_staff. Consult ITS if you need help with this.
CSS class	CSS class for the banner. Defaults to info_text. Use warn_text to get a warning type banner (i.e. pink background). Consult ITS if you need help with this.
