Print Account What are the icons in the table header for? This table allows you to view details of the credits and debits to your printing account between dates which you select. Details are displayed for each credit and debit including the date, time, cost and account balance after each transaction. You can change the dates that are included in your Account History either by typing new dates into the 'From' and 'To' fields, or by clicking on the 'grid' image to the right of these fields. This brings up a calendar from which you can select the date you want. Then click the 'Search' button. Credits occur when you put money onto your account by either using the PABS (Printing Account Banking station) or your credit card to purchase credit. Debits occur each time you print to an IT Services managed printer.
