What are the icons in the table header for?

Use this table to add a publication to your publications list or to view or edit details of an existing publication.

The information you will need to enter varies depending on which Publication Type you select.

An ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) is assigned to the titles of serial publications, for example journals, magazines, electronic journals, ongoing directories, annual reports, newspapers.

Use the Publish In Profiles drop-down to choose whether your publication appears on your departmental profile.

If you enter text into the Abstract section, a button will appear alongside the publication title in your publication list to allow easy access to your abstract.

Use the REF2014 Shortlist box to indicate that you would like this publication to appear on your shortlist.

A Published Year must be selected even if the publication has not yet been published.
