Req Status

What are the icons in the table header for?

If your requisition has a Status of 'Pending', 'Auth 1', 'Auth 2' or 'Auth 3' and you are not sure why, please read the Requisition Authorisation Process. If you have any problems regarding this table or if any information is missing, please contact your Purchasing Co-ordinator.

This table displays the authorisation history of your requisition.

If the requisition has resulted in the delivery of goods or services for which the University has paid, these details are displayed.

'Line status' is the code relating to 'Req Status', for example the line status for 'pending' is 20.
