Requisition Spends

What are the icons in the table header for?

If you have any problems regarding this table or if any information is missing, please contact your Purchasing Co-ordinator.

This table allows you to view the amount of monies available by Budget Code. Once you have entered your General Ledger codes into the 'Requisition Items' table, this table will automatically show you if there are sufficient funds for your order, indicated by a cross or a tick.

Budget
The name of the Budget Code.

Header
The name of the Budget Header.

Budget Code
The Budget Code that the General Ledger codes you have entered are linked to.
This is where the yearly budget amount is held against.

Available
The total amount of monies available for every budget code entered against the order. It is calculated as follows:
'budget amount for year', plus 'budget brought forward from last year' less 'pending requisitions' less 'orders on symmetry'.

Proposed Spend
The total gross amount you wish to submit for this requisition.

OK?
A tick means that there are sufficient funds. If you click 'Submit', the requisition status becomes 'Closed' and you are able to print the order.
A cross means that there are insufficient funds for the order to be fully processed. If you click 'Submit', the requisition status becomes 'Pending' and you are not able to print the order.
