Requisitions
What are the icons in the table header for?
If you have any problems regarding this table or if any information is missing, please contact your Purchasing Co-ordinator.
This table allows you to:
View a Summary of all your requisitions
All your requisitions are automatically displayed. To view just the outstanding
requisitions that require action, click on the 'Exclude Finished Requisitions' button in the table header.
N.B. You can sort your orders by clicking on the column headings.
View details in a requisition
Click on the appropriate 'Req ID'.
View Supplier details
Click on the Supplier name.
Edit a requisition
Click on the appropriate 'Req ID'. In the next table click on 'Edit' in the table header.
N.B. You cannot edit requisitions with a status of 'Closed', 'Stores' or 'Declined'.
Delete a requisition
Click 'Delete' in the table header. Click in the tick-box in the appropriate row. Then click 'Save' in the table header.
N.B. You cannot delete requisitions with a status of 'Closed', 'Stores' or 'Declined'.
Print a requisition
Click on the appropriate 'Req ID' to view the requisition. In the next
table, click on the printer icon in the table header.
N.B. You can only print requisitions with a status of 'Closed', 'Stores' or 'Declined'.

Create a new requisition
Click on 'New' in the table header.
