Safety Incident Reports What are the icons in the table header for? This table displays a list of all Health & Safety Incident Reports which have been entered into the system. You cannot make any changes to reports with a status of DRAFT. Those with a status of CANCELLED are shown greyed out. To view a report, click on the link in the 'Title' column. To manage or reallocate a report, or to enter an Admin Comment, click on the link in the Status column. A in the Responded column shows that the Security Officer has responded to your Admin Comment. A shows that they have not yet responded.
