Security Incident Reports What are the icons in the table header for? This table displays a list of all Security Incident Reports which have been entered into the system. To view a report, click on the link in the 'Title' column. To manage or allocate a report, or to enter an Admin Comment, click on the link in the Status column. You can edit reports with a status of DRAFT, but you cannot manage them. Those with a status of CANCELLED are shown greyed out. A in the Responded column shows that the Security Officer has responded to your Admin Comment. A shows that they have not yet responded.

What are the icons in the table header for?

This table displays a list of all Security Incident Reports which have been entered into the system.

To view a report, click on the link in the 'Title' column. To manage or allocate a report, or to enter an Admin Comment, click on the link in the Status column.

You can edit reports with a status of DRAFT, but you cannot manage them. Those with a status of CANCELLED are shown greyed out.

A tick in the Responded column shows that the Security Officer has responded to your Admin Comment. A cross shows that they have not yet responded.
