Send Sms What are the icons in the table header for? Use this table to send a text message (and, optionally, an email) to the listed people. You may enter up to 160 characters in the Message field. The text in the From field will show in the 'From' part of the text on the recipient's phone. It is limited to 11 characters as this is the length of a mobile phone number. To exclude somebody from receiving the message, untick the box next to their name. To email the message as well as sending a text, tick the Email Too checkbox. To send the message, click on the 'Send' button in the table header. You will then see confirmation that your message has been sent.
