If accessed via the 'Student Support Documents' table, this table lists all those who have read the selected document, such as student advisors, student service coordinators, Directors of Student Services, and the student to whom the document relates. If accessed via the 'Staff teaching' table, this table lists the uploaded documents related to the selected member of staff. If they have read the document, this date is displayed in the 'Access Date' column.
