Ssu Document List Ls

What are the icons in the table header for?

This table allows you to add new documents for the selected student and to edit documents of theirs which have already been uploaded.

The background colour to the Learning Support, Disability Support, and Mental Health Support 'Upload and Review Documents' tables follows the colour-coding used for the corresponding paper folders for these teams.

The tables are only shown to you if you have access to that team's files.

The number in the ID column is the unique ID for the document. Click on this for further details.

While the document is in its 'Held' state the Details column shows the file name and size. Once it has been 'Sent', it shows who last edited it.

If the Sent? column shows a tick, the document is viewable by those who are authorised to see it. If the column shows a cross, it is not. To send the document, click on 'Edit' in the table header.

To amend information about the document, click on 'Process' in the table header.

To delete the document, click on 'Process' in the table header, tick the checkbox for the appropriate row, and click on 'Save' in the table header.

To add another document, click on 'Add' in the table header. Once you have selected the appropriate information from the drop-down lists and browsed to the document on your computer, you must click on 'Save' in the table header in order for the document to be uploaded.

Before sending the document, you must click on the icon in the 'Document' column to ensure that you have uploaded the correct one.
