Student Programme Lists What are the icons in the table header for? Use this table to search for lists of students and to email them. Hold down the control key and click to select a range of search criteria (On a Mac - hold down the Apple key and click). Click on 'Search' in the table header to view your results. Once you have your list of students click on the envelope icon to email the group using the Sussex Direct email facility. If you have a right to view student details, their names will be linked to their 'Student Details' page. This is the case if you are their Academic Advisor or Programme Convenor. V&E students due to leave at Easter are displayed with an Easter Egg. Those due to leave at Christmas are displayed with a holly leaf. Direct entry (intercalating) students are displayed with a blue "D" symbol If you select Finalists or Resits from the Year menu then only finalists or students taking resits will be searched for, and any other selected years will be ignored. If you select COMPLETED 17/18 from the Status menu then only students who have completed in academic year 17/18 will be searched for, and any other selected statuses will be ignored.
