Student Timetable What are the icons in the table header for? If any information is incorrect, please contact your tutors. This table shows your teaching sessions (lectures, seminars, etc.), coursework assignment and assessment deadlines, formal submission deadlines, and exams for the current week. Use the arrows in the table header to scroll through the weeks or use the drop-down lists to select the correct term and week. Students should check draft times to ensure that they do not have clashing assessments (that is, assessments scheduled at the same or overlapping times). If you find a clash, please contact your School Office. Contact details for all the Schools can be found at Schools Help and Support. Do not rely on draft dates, they are subject to change, when the date is no longer suffixed '(draft)' the date is final and will not be changed. Export your timetable If you have a device such as a PDA or an application which can accept iCalendar files, you can export your timetable information for the week you are viewing, up until the end of the term. Clicking on 'iCal' in the table header creates study_timetable.ics which you can then import into your calendar application. To export your timetable into MS Outlook, click on 'iCal' in the table header. A file called study_timetable.ics will download to your Downloads folder. Browse to this folder and double-click on the file. To export your timetable into iCal for Macs, click on 'iCal' in the table header. This runs the iCal program.

Export your timetable
