Tgo Marks Grid

What are the icons in the table header for?

If any session information is incorrect or if students who have left the group are appearing on the list, please contact your departmental co-ordinator.

This table displays all the assignments and assessments for the selected teaching group in a register-style layout, so that you can view your students' progress at a glance.

If ANY of a course's formal assessments are marked by candidate number, then the marks register will be displayed by candidate number. If each formal assessment is marked by name, then the marks register will be displayed by name.

The table displays only those students who are currently in the teaching group.

If you want to view the register for a different term, you can use the 'Term' drop-down list in the table header.

Please be aware that for a group with a large number of assignments, it may be necessary to use the horizontal scroll bar to view all the information.

Mean marks (not including students who did not submit the assignment) are shown at the foot of the table. You can display a bar chart summarising the distribution of marks for a selected assignment by clicking on the Stats icon in the 'Mean' row.

To add or edit marks, please use the 'Assignments for this group' button in the table header to get a list of all the assignments. You can then select the one you would like to work on.

Students who are auditing the course, and who are therefore not set up for formal assessments, are displayed with '(Audit mode only)' by their name.

Please note that for Presentations - for which the date of presentation can vary across students - the Due Date is the final date on which a presentation can be given. Generally this date is set to the Friday of the 10th (final) week of term
