Tgo Tutorial Reports

What are the icons in the table header for?

If any information is incorrect, please contact your departmental co-ordinator.

This table displays a list of students for the teaching group and provides links for you to write or edit a tutorial report for each.

To view, write, or edit a report for a student, click on the link in the 'Report Status' column in the appropriate row.

In the 'Report Status' column, 'Started' means that you have entered information into the report but have not yet set 'Released to Student' to 'Yes'. 'Completed' means that you have entered information into the report and have set 'Released to Student' to 'Yes'. 'Not Started' means that you have not yet entered any information.

If you have completed all the reports, you will see 'All Reports Released' to the right of the table sub-header. If all your reports have a status of either 'Completed' or 'Started', a 'Release All' button is displayed to the right of the table sub-header. Pressing this releases all the reports to the students.
