Timetable Today

What are the icons in the table header for?

If any information is incorrect, please contact your departmental co-ordinator. Please note: your timetable is compiled from data entered by your departmental office. Please consult them if you have any queries.

This table shows your teaching sessions, and assessment and assignment deadlines for today. It differentiates between contributory coursework (assessments) and non-contributory coursework (assignments). Contributory coursework is displayed with an alert icon.

At the bottom of the timetable window, you can click on the days shown to scroll backward or forward one day at a time.

Your timetable provides links to attendance sheets and marks sheets, links to tables for inputting attendances and marks, and to student lists as follows:

*	Click on the course name of a session to get an attendance sheet (BEFORE the session) or to record attendance (AFTER the session)
*	Click on the course name of an assessment or assignment to get a marks sheet (BEFORE the deadline) or to record marks (AFTER the deadline)
*	Click on the type of a session for a list of students

To view your weekly timetable, go to your Teaching Pages and click on the 'Timetable' tab.
