Why1 Convenor Assessment How can an assessment be "Not yet generated"? The School Curriculum Administrator sets up a "template" of assessments for each course when inputting the syllabus data with the Course Maintenance system. This information is then used to automatically create assessment records. But sometimes changes are made to the assessment template, and new assessment records may not be created for a few days. If you see an assessment row marked "Not yet generated" then this is what has happened. The assessment records should be automatically generated. If they do not appear by the next day, then please contact the School Curriculum Administrator who should take this forward with the Registry IMPORTANT: no assessments will be generated for courses for the current academic year until the start of term.
