How can a student not be entered for assessment in the Exams System?

Highlighted students are not currently entered for assessment on this course in the Exams system. Common reasons for a student not being entered for assessment are that the student:

  • has temporarily withdrawn from the university
  • has permanently withdrawn from the university
  • is a Visiting and Exchange early Leaver
  • has transferred onto this particular course after the bulk creation of assessment records and has not been entered individually
(the latter two being ones that need chasing up)

Please contact the Undergraduate Office Exams Section or the Postgraduate Office if any student needs to be entered for assessment. Please do this before sending marks to the Exams Systems.

Marks for students that are highlighted as having no record in the Exams system will not be sent to the Exams system. Once any marks have been sent, you will not be able to correct any problems or send any further marks.
