Why2 Convenor Assessment Why are day and time missing? The School Curriculum Administrator sets up a "template" of assessments for each course when inputting the syllabus data using the Course Management system. This information is then used to automatically create assessment records. However, the day and time of the assessment are optional when these assessments are being set up, as it is possible that they will change from year to year. So the Convenor or Department Coordinator may need to set the day and time for some assessments. The day and time is set using the Sussex Direct Convenor Assessment page. Please note that until this is done, no marks can be entered for the assessment, and it will not show up in the correct place on student or staff timetables.
