Why Ssu File Upload Why can't I delete this document? This document has already been viewed by at least one person apart from members of the Student Support Unit team. The records of who has viewed a document form part of the university's legal record of how this student has been supported. We therefore need to retain this information. How can I stop this document from being available to faculty? If you need to, you can prevent a document from being viewed by relevant faculty, school support and the student themselves. A document can only be viewed by these people if its 'Send' box has been ticked. So to stop one or more documents from being available, simply remove the ticks from the 'Send' column. Can I view a list of staff who have accessed this document? Yes, you can review a list of staff who have accessed this document by clicking on the document id number in the 'ID' column. This gives you a page with general information about the document, and under that is a detailed list of all access to this document. If you need further help then please contact BIS Help. The document has been attached to the wrong Student Support team - what should I do? If you need to swap a document from one team to another, for example if a document that should have been uploaded as a Learning Support document was uploaded instead as a Disability Support document, then please contact BIS Help. We should be able to swap them over for you. |
